Privacy Policy
Effective Date: July 2026
1. Introduction
Sellestry ("Sellestry," "we," "us," or "our") provides outbound, business-to-business appointment-setting services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website at https://sellestry.com (the "Site"), submit our qualification form, or otherwise interact with us.
This policy is written with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018, and the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA) in mind. Sellestry is the party responsible for personal information collected through the Site. Questions about this policy, or about how your information is handled, can be sent to contact@sellestry.com.
2. Information We Collect
a) Information you provide directly. When you complete our "See If We're a Fit" qualification form, we collect: name; work email address; company website; deal size information; sales capacity information; timeline; and a description of your ideal customer.
b) Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers may automatically collect IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, time on Site, referring website, general location derived from IP address, and cookie identifiers (see our Cookie Policy).
c) Information from third parties. We may receive limited information about your company from publicly available business sources or data enrichment providers, which we may combine with information you provide.
We do not intentionally collect special category data, government identifiers, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through the Site, and we ask that you do not submit such information to us.
3. Why We Collect Your Information

- To provide our services to clients who engage us — performance of a contract.
- To operate, maintain, and improve the Site — legitimate interests.
- To analyze Site usage through analytics tools — consent, where required, or legitimate interests.
- To comply with legal obligations — legal obligation.
- To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security, or technical issues — legitimate interests.
We do not use your personal information for automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects about you.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising purposes.
We may share personal information with: service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as website hosting, database and form processing, email infrastructure, analytics, scheduling, and workflow automation tools (these providers may only use your information to provide services to us); professional advisors where necessary; regulators or law enforcement where required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate safeguards.
If you would like to know which service providers currently process personal information submitted through the Site, contact us at contact@sellestry.com and we will provide the current list.
5. International Data Transfers
Sellestry works with clients and service providers in multiple countries, and the providers we rely on to host the Site and process form submissions may store or process personal information outside the country where you are located. This means your information may be processed in a country whose data protection laws differ from those of your own.
Where personal information is transferred from the European Economic Area or United Kingdom to a country that has not been recognized as providing an adequate level of protection, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or another valid transfer mechanism. You may request further information about the safeguards in place at contact@sellestry.com.
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information collected through the qualification form for as long as necessary to evaluate your inquiry and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.
If we determine your company is not currently a fit, we keep your submission only for as long as it remains relevant to a possible future conversation, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You can ask us to delete your submission sooner at any time by writing to contact@sellestry.com.
7. Your Rights
Under GDPR / UK GDPR (EEA and UK residents), you may have the right to: access your personal information; rectify inaccurate information; request erasure; restrict processing; data portability; object to processing based on legitimate interests; withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent; and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Under CCPA/CPRA (California residents), you may have the right to: know what personal information is collected, used, disclosed, or sold; delete personal information; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising); limit use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@sellestry.com. We may need to verify your identity or your authority to act on behalf of the person whose information is requested. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration, including access controls on the systems that store form submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for business use by adults and are not directed to individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
