These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website at https://sellestry.com (the "Site"), operated by Sellestry ("Sellestry," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, or submitting our qualification form, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Sellestry provides outbound, business-to-business appointment-setting services designed to help client companies generate qualified sales meetings. The Site allows prospective clients to submit information through a qualification form ("Application") so we can evaluate whether our services may be a good fit.

Submitting an Application does not create a contractual relationship, obligation, or guarantee of engagement. Any services provided will be governed by a separate written agreement between Sellestry and the client. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and such an agreement, the signed agreement controls for the services it covers.

The Site and our services are intended solely for business use by companies and their authorized representatives, not for individual consumers acting for personal, family, or household purposes. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and are accessing it on behalf of a business you are authorized to represent.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting the qualification form or otherwise communicating with us. We may decline to engage with any applicant at our sole discretion, including based on the information submitted.

Sellestry's qualification process, methodology, and any information published on the Site describe our approach and internal standards. They do not guarantee any specific business outcome, meeting volume, or sales result. Specific commitments regarding deliverables, pricing, or performance will be set out exclusively in a separate written services agreement.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, and the "Sellestry" name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Sellestry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or data; or use automated means to access or scrape the Site without our prior written permission.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services, such as scheduling tools used to book a call. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party websites or services; your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

Information submitted through the Site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Sellestry harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Site, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, including where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached. Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The Effective Date above indicates when they were last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
